	D-1259    Turkey - Turgutlu-manisa Education- Computer Laboratory $20,500 Turgutlu Rotary Club of District 2440 Turkey is looking for a project partner to match a grant with Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Town of TURGUTLU placed on the east of Manisa , on the high-way between Izmir-Ankara, population 126.000 .The famous Gediz plain on which our district founded , proves all kinds of agricultural product to grow on its fertile lands ; especially the best seedless grape and also tomato,cotton,tobacco,wheat,olive, cherry and peach.Also is well-know on brick industry. The 20 members of Turgutlu Rotary Club. , consisting of 8 Paul Harris Fellow member have been providing services to this area for the last 20 years. Name of school :Turgutlu Rotary Elemantary School . Established by the Turgutlu Rotary Club.There are 18 classrooms and 450 students are studying at this moment. The people at the region of the school are very poor and they need support for to donate of the classes.The school needs SMART BOARD SET (SMART BOARD+COMPUTER+DIGITAL PROJECTOR) at the classes for to get introduced to the latest technologies at an earlier age of the students.
