The main objective is to help the community address their needs by adapting safe and well-being spaces for the entire educational community of the FUNDAMIRA headquarters. This will include the purchase of two containers that can free up spaces taken up within existing classrooms. One will be used as a teacher's room and the other as a library/storage room. The provision of storage structures in the classrooms; adaptation and maintenance of sanitary units for students and teachers since they have different needs when using them.

The provision of ventilation and aeration systems in existing classrooms, that provide greater comfort and convenience for students and the teaching process; provision of academic books for the library that are up to date and can provide tools to teachers, as well as literary and didactic quality books that can be consulted by students at their different educational levels.

Also, following on from Global Grant 2124970, The five teachers of the foundation, which need to be inceased to seven, will be receiving updated pedagogic methods in line with the Education Secretary of Colombia as well as twenty-five members of the community will receive classes in literacy.

The above classes will also include some training in leadership, living in harmony and democracy.

With 2 professionals that have experience through previous Global Grants with RC Armenia International.

Felipe is an anthropolgist and teaches in a college in Cartago.

Carolina is a social worker and has experience with GG2124970.

The Board of Directors of the FUNDAMIRA Foundation has constantly supported the project, and through a letter of intent they declare that they will continue to impart the acquired knowledge, giving due care and correct use to the facilities provided along with the supplies. They also express their commitment to hire the teaching staff (2) that the project has sponsored during its implementation, in order to give continuity to it for the benefit of both the students and the entire surrounding community.
