In the Philippines where many have poor maternal health during pregnancy. this incidence is much higher. The Rotary Club of Cebu has in the past decade taken on the challenge to address this crisis by training local teams to do these lifesaving procedure. This new grant is a result of the pivot that happened when VTT could no longer travel. Clubs from the Philippines collaborated to have patients travel to where treatment is available. In effect- Rotary Club of Cebu has found various network where kids can get treated in the safest and economical way possible. This grant aims to fund their travel and treatment cost
