Project Description Region: Asia Country: Nepal Location: Lumbini Total Budget: $324,175 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment Many eye diseases can be detected during routine screening like Refractive error, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and keratoconus. People living in areas with limited access to eye care find it difficult to get a routine screening done and many times early diagnosis of these conditions is not done. This has a huge socioeconomic significance. To cater to the needs of such people, Rotary Club Central Lumbini is partnering with Lumbini Netralaya to provide comprehensive mobile eye screening.
