The objective of this project is to reduce the morbidity and mortality rate of the population with limited resources, in the city of Valencia, in the first cause of death in the world, such as heart diseases, through the creation of a program of preventive education and control, directed by postgraduate students in Cardiology at the University of Carabobo, attending the cardiology consultation, evaluating and diagnosing and then classifying acute cases that require the implantation of a single-chamber pacemaker and perform the implantation of pacemakers, increasing life expectancy of both operated patients and control patients.
