Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Tamilnadu & Pondicherry Total Budget: $251,000 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment Mammography Bus (Cancer Detection Bus for Women): There are over 5 million women living in District 2981. As per statistics, 20 out of 100K women are dying because of not having early detection of Cancer. The mammography bus is going to be purchased and maintained by our district which will test women in and around District 2981 which includes 7 revenue districts of Tamilnadu and Pondichery, India.
