Project Description Region: Africa Country: Nigeria Location: Ughelli Total Budget: $32,608 Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Maternal and child health Most women in this part of Africa lack access to safe, clean birthing kits. Some can't afford it where it is available; riskier the life of mother and child at delivery point. This project is intended to provide these necessary birthing items to 2000 expectant mothers. The timeline for this project is 2months. Club members will be involved by moving to hospitals and health centres to identity the indegent women and to carry out the distribution of items around the whole Metropolis.
