Children with blood diabetic need special care, they can't take care by their own.

Many fatal cases are when parents missed moment when blood sugar increased without monitoring it. To avoid such situation we Rotary Club - Rustavi International would like to improve monitoring Blood Sugar level for parent of children age from 1-11 years old, providing Abbott Freestyle Libre 2 Censors and Scanners.

Our focus are Socially vulnerable families:

Number of Beneficiaries: 25

Numbers of Scanner Needed: 25 Units

Numbers of Sensor needed for 12 Month: 650 Units
