Project Description

Region: Western Europe

Country: Ukraine

Location: Cherkasy

Total Budget: $68,650

Areas of Focus: Peacebuilding and conflict prevention, Disease prevention and treatment, Maternal and child health

We have a strong desire to improve the professionalism of our doctors by completing a course of observation - internships at your clinics. The internship program will take place within the framework of the interstate friendship and cooperation between our and your Rotary clubs. Each member of the program is a doctor, and the main task of the doctor is to serve people for saving life and healing their health. This task is important for Rotary, so we can not stand apart. Our desire to help doctors in their development for improving the efficiency of working with patients. The development of each individual doctor is a tremendous contribution to the development of the health care system in Ukraine.

There is no such project in our region.

This project is an effective way to improve our doctors.

After the internship, doctors will provide quality medical services.

We believe that the medicine of your country is an example and a model for us. Your experience is enormous and relevant to us.

Each participant of the program will bring their positive impressions and concrete experiences and share valuable experience with colleagues. Our city is small and all doctors communicate with each other. Therefore, the knowledge gained will become known to all. After the program, each doctor will understand how it can be better and how much, and this will be the beginning of the changes.
