Goal: To provide drinkable water in a highly populated Schools premises.
Schools located in the proposed project location are Eti-Osa Community Senior High School,
Eti-Osa Community Junior High School, Eti-Osa Primary School with a total population of 3200 children. Available Drinking Water provision is directly from a borehole well without any treatment or filtration.
This project seeks to provide 2 boreholes for adequate water capacity of 40,000 liters (10,600 galls) per day. Other components include Filtration System, Storage Tanks/Pumps, Distribution Piping Network and Service Points. The proposed capacity will support the school children population of 3200 and the nearby community, estimated at 2500 residents.
Inclusion of the community will provide the project support and sustainability as residents will pay very much lower than normal fees for water to fund maintenance of the project. Project management and maintenance will be carried out by the Rotary Community Corps made up of teachers and residents who will be trained for the task. This project will be completed whithin 8 weeks of funds availability.

* Ground Tanks Platform System was setup and concrete poured.
* Work has begun on Structures for the schools drinking houses.
* Components for Water tower and the filtration units are on order.
* Pipes laying has begun.
* Training RCC begins when schools resume.
