The project will be carried out at the Hospital and Maternity Maria Auxiliadora, an Association of the Franciscan Sisters of São José. It will serve a population of 100,000 people, including children, youth, adults and the indigenous population. The region is distant from large medical centers and needs certain equipment to perform urgent care. That is why it is necessary to equip the hospital with essential equipment. The Hospital shall be responsible for the use and maintenance of donated equipment.
The objective of this project is to improve the health infrastructure of local communities and to improve and expand access to free medical care or low cost in poor region.
After research the club focus on health, we find the community's needs, we identified the lack of some much needed equipment for service.
We Rotary Club of Pres. Getulio - SC Brazil, we believe that we need sustainable equipment that reduce or avoid damage to nature and contribute to the reduction of financial values.
Another of great importance is to assist / meet with quality and speed people who live here, pass through here and the Indian reservation Duque de Caxias containing Indians of Xokleng ethnicities, Guarani and Kaingang (the City Hall site Source of José Boiteux).
Our region is composed of seven (07) municipalities. According to the source the IBGE, in 2014 the total population of approximately 100,000 inhabitants were people;

Therefore the number of direct beneficiaries is more than fifty-two thousand people.
Implemented, the project will continue in a sustainable manner and for an indefinite period, since their use is growing and will be assured and the application site HOSPITAL AND MATERNITY Mary Help, located in the city of Presidente Getúlio - Santa Catarina, Brazil, which it is administered by the congregation FRANCISCAN SISTERS.
In order to ensure the sustainability of this project, is attached to the statement issued by HOSPITAL AND MATERNITY MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS.PRÉ BUDGET: Based on a research done in the market to have an idea of costs so that we could buy the equipments, below there is a figure with pre-values (Values in real R$ 139.504,35) of each item:
