The Jornadas Program advances Disease Prevention and treatment by delivering coordinated, evidence-based pediatric health initiatives that improve early detection, clinical care, and long-term outcomes for underserved children in our binational region, Jornada roughly translates to a day's journey. In this case describing an intensive day of service that supports children and families. These funds will support two Jornadas, the Dermatology and the Binational Rehabilitation Jornadas. Through cross-border collaboration, the Jornadas Program leverages resources, clinical expertise, and partnerships from the US and Mexico to expand access to care for underserved needy families.
