Project Description Country: USA Location: Little Elm Total Budget: $900 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Provide funding to two Little Elm High School juniors to attend 2027 RYLA Little Elm Rotary will sponsor two high school juniors to attend Rotary's intensive leadership program (RYLA). Attending this program helps students build connections and communications, improve problem solving skills, develop leadership skills, unlock their potential and turn motivation into action in their school and community. Rotarians will conduct the selection process, transport students to and from RYLA and arrange for them to speak about their RYLA experience to the Club. In addition, the Little Elm Rotary will provide a $1000 scholarship to each student if they participate in three Rotary community activities during the 2026-2027 Rotary year.
