Summary: Supplies for Rupert Swimming Pool

The Rupert Swimming Pool, established in 1949, has long served as the heart of aquatic activity for Rupert and its surrounding areas. As a vital community resource, the pool hosts hundreds of youth swimming lessons annually and provides a safe, welcoming environment for children and families to gather, learn, and have fun.

Recently, the pool underwent a transformative multi-million-dollar remodel, funded entirely by generous private community donations. This renovation included the installation of a DynaDome, which enables year-round access to aquatic programs. The renovation also included upgraded locker rooms, bleachers, and modernized facilities. These improvements have ensured the pool remains a cornerstone of community health, recreation, and inclusion.

The Rupert Rotary Club would like to purchase new pool supplies to complement the recent remodel. These supplies include life jackets and pool noodles, which are essential for swim lessons and recreational use. We also hope to provide kickboards, swim fins, and other flotation devices to support swim instruction and safety. By updating and expanding the pool's supply of equipment, we can help ensure that everyone, regardless of age or ability, has access to the resources they need to enjoy the pool safely and comfortably.

Along with providing these supplies, we plan to support the pool by organizing a volunteer day to help clean and maintain the facility. Our Club is committed to helping the pool remain a welcoming place for all members of our community.
