The Club will use the funds to sponsor 6 students to Arizona Broadway Theatre's Hy-Rev Youth Program at a cost of $500 per student. This program provides talented young performers with high-level training consistent performance opportunities across the valley, and a safe, supportive environment to grow both artistically and personally.
Theatre education teaches kids among other things, teamwork, discipline, empathy, public speaking, confidence and how to work toward a common goal. Club members can be present at the training during late summer early fall.
