This project will revitalize 2 to 4 meeting rooms to create welcoming, calm, and functional spaces that support meaningful conversations and services. As we celebrate 50 years of service to our community, these rooms remain central to our mission and are used daily for counseling, group sessions, and court-ordered supervised visitations, hosting more than 1,000 meetings each year. The environment plays a critical role in helping individuals feel safe, comfortable, and respected. Updating these spaces will ensure they reflect the quality of care and compassion that has defined our work for five decades. A clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed meeting space, including the use of trauma-informed colors, can ease anxiety and help individuals feel more at ease when sharing personal experiences or navigating complex situations. For many who have experienced trauma or are in crisis, the physical environment directly impacts their sense of stability and trust. Comfortable, well-designed rooms promote dignity and reinforce that each individual is valued and supported. Beneficiaries include clients, families, and community partners, all of whom will benefit from spaces that foster trust, comfort, and connection during critical moments of engagement.
