We are donating $3,000 to the Gold Canyon Food Bank. Many people are living in poverty and having a difficult time making ends meet and are in need of support from the local food bank. Cash donations go much further than just donating food, due to the buying power that the food bank has established. We have supported this particular food bank in the past as a hands on project and will continue to do so based upon the opportunity. The timeline of the project is simply writing the check to the food bank and they utilize the cash to acquire food.

This project is "Approved". This means that the district leadership has reviewed and approved the allocation of district funds for this project. Once the funds from the district have been issued, the status of the project will be changed to "Paid".
