Project Description Country: USA Location: Tarrytown Total Budget: $3,000 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: $20 gift cards to our local supermarket for the purchase of personal and feminine hygiene products for families in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, NY. Our club built two food pantries to support food insecurities in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, open 24/7. The local Salvation Army and Community Opportunity Center recently came to us asking for support for local underserved families whose monthly SNAP benefits have been cut back by hundreds of dollars by the current political administration. We agreed to purchase and supply $20 gift cards to our CTown grocery store, which will be distributed to families by the Salvation Army and Community Opportunity Center over the fall 2025.
