In addition it is a public health hazard. The Rotary club approached the City of Wichita Falls Parks Department and the Boys and Girls Club organizations for possible partnership in this renovation. It was agreed between all organizations to take on the project of repairing/renovation this current area to a public pickleball and tennis courts.
