Project Description Country: USA Location: Bedford, TX Total Budget: $4,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: Scholarship funds to pay for the care for special needs students whose families cannot cover the cost of their care. The Clubhouse has two students, Carlos Castillo and Kylaiph Davis whose mothers can on pay $250 per month. Tuition was $500 per month. The Clubhouse received grants of $4000 for 2023 and 2024 of which $3000 was used for Carlos Castillo and $1000 was used for other students. Tuition is now $550 per month and $4000 would cover about 13months of scholarship at $300 per month. The club member who will be involved is Kent Hopkins wo is also the SFO & treasurer for the Clubhouse.
