Project Description Country: USA Location: National City Total Budget: $1,500 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: Scholarships for youth graduating high school in National City. Many youth experience daily struggles while working on their high school diploma. Though youth have experienced hardship, they persevere and plan to attend college, get a job straight out of high school or join the military. Rotary NC will offer 4 scholarships at $500 each to youth who apply for a Graduating scholarship to assist with their future goals/necessities. Rotarian will review essay submissions and present scholarships at each graduation.
