The Rotary Foundation approved the District 5400 block grant on July 15, 2024. We’ll send your grant award as soon as the block grant is funded by TRF. You can safely incur costs now. If you have questions or need help with reporting, please contact Ines Crespo at (208) 320-8494.

There was an error in the recent notification that the District's block grant has been approved by The Rotary Foundation. The date should have been July 15, 2025. When reporting your grant upon project completion, your receipts will need to show expenses incurred after that date. Thank you for participating in TRF grants!

We have disbursed the funds and have the service project scheduled for 4/18. I have attached the invoice/receipt in documents. Our club paid $500 plus the grant we received for $1,250, for a total of $1,750, and First Tee of Idaho funded the remainder.

When you complete the service part of your project, please complete the final report form and upload it to the documents portion of your grant. You can find a blank form on the administration side of the Description Tab. Make sure your expenses match your receipts and that the revenue matches the expenses exactly. Thanks!

This is a reminder that your final report is due May 15, 2026. Failure to report may result in your club being ineligible for a 2026-27 grant. You'll find the final report form on the administration side of the Description tab. Fill it out and upload it in pdf format to the documents portion of your grant along with your receipts, also in pdf format. Make sure your expenses match your receipts and that the revenue matches the expenses exactly. Thanks!
