Project Description Country: USA Location: Placentia Total Budget: $4,000 Areas of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene, Community economic development Activity Type: Health: General Summary: Purchase and assemble homeless hygiene kits, to be delivered to City Net Homeless Intervention Love Placentia is a community service day, for which Placentia Rotary will have 3 projects. The primary project is the purchase of hygiene items for the homeless, and the assembly of hygiene kits. Approximately 200 kits will be delivered to City Net Homeless Intervention for distribution. Smaller projects include helping with the cooking and serving of breakfast to all volunteers to Love Placentia, and weeding & maintenance of a portion of park landscaping around a flagpole Rotary installed 3 years ago.
