Project Description Country: USA Location: Minden Total Budget: $353 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Flag display on four holidays in Minden The Rotary Club Minden is adopting a new fundraiser to raise funds to support a new City park in development in Minden. The fundraiser will be to provide a residence in Minden a flag, pole, & holder for the holidays of Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. Each flag will be set and removed during the day of the four holidays. The Club will receive a $25 fee from each location annually. The projected cost for each flag including pole & holder is $25. Club Rotarians will set out the flags early morning & remove and store at the end of each day. The project will initiate in 2024 when funds are available & run annually.
