My reading of your description is that you're proposing to pick up the usual operating costs of another organization. The Rotary Foundation will not fund "the operating, administrative, or indirect program expenses of another organization." If you're expanding the services that the organization provides, you can apply for TRF funds for this. Please clarify or refine your grant request.

An email was sent to you on May 29th asking for clarification of your project description. Please respond with an email sent from your history logs (do not respond to this email) for review. This needs to be resolved before your send your application for signatures, and they are due June 1st.

Jana - Another potential issue with your application: you cannot incur cost until the district's block grant is approved by The Rotary Foundation, and this doesn't occur typically until mid-July. This could be a problem with your wanting to spend money in July. Your application must be signed no later than June 1st or it may not be eligible for funding. I still need for you to address the questions I asked on an earlier email. Call me if you have questions: (208) 308-5617
