Summary: Building Little Free Libraries and Providing Books to Children and Families in Pocatello, ID
The Pocatello Rotary club aims to increase early and widespread access to books as a means to foster literacy in our community. Our Pocatello Literacy Project will accomplish this goal by utilizing the model of Little Free Libraries to build and disburse small community libraries in areas where children and families may not have ready access to books.
The total project budget is $6,000. We will use $2000 to build 8 libraries ($250 each) and will use the remaining $4000 to purchase books to stock the libraries. We will work with Marshal Public Library to determine library locations and order books.

Reads like you may have two projects proposed here. One utilizing Little Libraries and another with Benji's Book Club. While both literacy, it's really 2 separate things and you can only apply for a single project with your application. As a tier 3 project, you need a "detailed" spending plan. For example, your proposal should say how many Little Libraries (if you go that route) you'd build and what the estimated cost of materials is per unit so as to arrive at an expected cost. We're receiving more requests for funding than we have to give out this year, so the diligence with which a club estimates the costs of its project will likely impact how much of its requested funding it will receive. Uploading a spreadsheet with an itemized list of anticipated purchases is very helpful. Thank you.

Your application must be signed by incoming club president and grant manager (primary contact person) no later than June 1st. Unsigned applications will not be considered for funding. Do this on the administration (gray button) side of the description tab by clicking "start club signature process". Do not send to district representatives. Thank you!
