The Fountain Hills Community Health Fair is an annual event with free admission for residents. Area healthcare professionals and nonprofit organizations provide information about their services on topics ranging from primary medical care, physical therapy, and nutrition, to mental health advocacy, crisis response, and end-of-life planning.
Residents also have the opportunity to hear healthcare professionals speak on a variety of topics and watch various demonstrations. Onsite health services include Mobile Onside Mammography (MOM) and the Vitalant Bloodmobile.
The 3rd annual fair is scheduled for February 22, 2025. Sponsors pay a fee to participate, which offsets related costs. A portion of the profits from the event are used to establish a Community Emergency Medical Fund within the Four Peaks Rotary Foundation to help pay emergency medical needs for residents experiencing financial difficulties.
Four Peaks Rotarians provide volunteers to help with setup and tear down, traffic control, welcome booth, and speaker introductions. Debbie Clason, Four Peaks Rotarian and owner of Clason Communications, facilitates this event and is compensated for her work.

Congratulations! This project has been approved for full funding. We are not certain when the money will hit your account, but our best guess is a month or so. The district has approved the project now Rotary International will review and approve. We’ll send you an update when we have one. Please also remember that you may not spend money prior to TRF approval and reimburse yourself from grant funds. If there have been changes in your bank account (information for electronic transfer), please get that to Lucinda General (District Treasurer) as soon as possible. treasurer@rotary5495.org. Your report is due April 30, 2025, and receipts are required to complete the report (not invoices, cancelled checks, UPS shipping labels, or any other documents). Thank you for creating hope in the world.
