Summary: Hygiene and Essential supplies to be provided for local schools, domestic violence, and community needs. These items are supplied on an as needed basis.
Our project is an ongoing project that helps with basic needs of our community. We plan to continue our distribution of basic hygiene and essential products on an as needed basis by the various schools, homeless individuals and to victims of domestic violence. With our funds from the grant and our own club funds and donations from club members as well we are able to provide the much-needed items. Providing basic hygiene items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, soaps, feminine hygiene products, towels, washcloths for both children and adults alike will help with the self-esteem of the recipients of these products. Over the school year we distribute items as needed and we plan to help keep the hygiene closets in the various schools stocked. We plan to provide needed items at the elementary schools to include sweatpants, leggings, underwear and socks for their hygiene closets. We want to continue to be able to supply these much-needed essential items to those in need.

FYI: your club is eligible for a tier 3 grant (up to $5,000) to be matched 100% by the club and or other sources except the beneficiary. Should you decide to remain in the tier 2 category, the amount available this cycle is $1425 of DDF if you want to adjust your financing. The club would need to put in $308, changing the total of your project to $1733. You can leave as is too. Make any changes to your application before sending it for signatures. Thank you for participating in Rotary Foundation district grants.
