The Kumiai rural community in Ensenada, Mexico is one of the few remaining indigenous communities in te State of Baja California, Mexico.

2.- TWO BUSES (ROUND TRIP from the Ensenada Port to the Kumiai Community)

*Administration of the National Port System: ASIPONA, constituted as priority public companies, are responsible for the planning, programming, development, use, use and exploitation of the port under concession.
ASIPONA covers an annual compensation to the Federal Government for the use and exploitation of the Port Precinct and its surrounding polygonal. The legal framework on which the operations and activities of the Port Administration are based are the Port Law, the Navigation Law, the Operation Rules and the different legal provisions that apply to its activity.
