Project Description Country: USA Location: Escondido Total Budget: $7,300 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Sponsoring youth to attend Youth Programs through Rotary RYLA- Rotary Youth Leadership Awards - Camp where youth build communication and problem-solving skills and discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader in the community. LEAD- LEAD provides the opportunity for young people to refine skills and explore pertinent topics with their peers and adult community leaders at camp for the weekend in October. SAN PASQUAL ACADEMY- sponsorship of school supplies, books and personal items at the start of the school year and Winter Holidays to under privileged foster youth. Addendum to Project Description (added after the project was signed) Did not provide San Pasqual with project for 23-24 Spent $2500 towards Scholarships program in the Youth Service Category.
