Project Description Country: USA Location: Joliet Total Budget: $1,094 Areas of Focus: Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Health: General Summary: Mental Health arts and crafts, food for hospitalized adolescents Mental health has reached pandemic proportion since the pandemic of 2020. This grant will aide service to students hospitalized for Mental Health Concerns by providing snack, and arts and crafts activities at the Silver Oaks section of Silver Cross Hospital. The monies were used for food, books and welcome fidgets for teen mental health patients housed there.
