Your project description is very vague. Is your project to pay the fees for youth who might otherwise not have access to the Y's programs? If so, then saying this specifically would provide more clarity in your application. District grants require active Rotarian participation and in your narrative you say "Our intention would be to participate with the students in the program, but it is unclear at this time if that will be possible (due to training requirements, youth protection guidelines, etc)." I think you need to know up front how Rotarians can and will participate. We wouldn't want to have to ask you to return the grant because in the end there was no Rotarian participation. Is there another project for you that could assure this component of a grant project?
