Project Description Country: USA Location: Arlington, TX Total Budget: $1,000 Area of Focus: Peacebuilding and conflict prevention Activity Type: Peace: General Summary: Sell '#supportpeace' yard signs to raise funds for RI Disaster Relief Fund in support of Ukrainian relief efforts A member of the Rotary Club of Arlington, Chris McMurrough, designed a fundraiser for the Club to sell "#supportpeace" yard signs at $20 each and for all proceeds to be donated to the Rotary Foundation Disaster Relief Fund in support of Ukrainian relief efforts. The requested $1000 would cover printing/production of the yard signs and allow 100% of raised funds to be given to the Disaster Relief Fund. In addition to Club members buying/selling yard signs, the Club is also promoting bulk sales to other clubs in the District.
