Project Description Country: USA Location: Santee Total Budget: $2,000 Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Maternal and child health Activity Type: Food/Agriculture: General Summary: Helping those who help deal with hunger issues Through a club survey, we determined hunger issues to be a major focus area for our club. Food insecurity has become an even bigger issue with the COVID pandemic. We will be donating funds to various organizations that address hunger needs in Santee, Lakeside and the Greater San Diego area. Funds may be split between multiple organizations based on where the greatest impact will occur.
