Project Description Country: USA Location: Twin Falls Total Budget: $10,247 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: Volunteer Services Summary: UTV trailer for Search and Rescue in Twin Falls Idaho USA Twin Falls Search and Rescue is a local non-profit group of volunteers that come to the aid of those in need in the event of an emergency. Our area provides a vast amount of outdoor activities and often times people find themselves in a situation they cannot get out of without help. Recently the TFS&R acquired a UTV but they do not have a trailer to get the UTV to the area's they need to use it. Our Rotary club will purchase them a trailer for the UTV. Rotarians will be involved in helping TFS&R with their raffle event to help them increase their visibility in the community. When the trailer is going to be delivered the club will meet with members of TFS&R and get a full tour of their true impact on the community and the tools they use to rescue those in need.
