I want to remind you that your club's District Grant Final Report was due 30 days after completion of the project. COVID-19 grants were due by November 30, 2020. To complete your report, log into your account on matchinggrants.org. You will find the final report form there. Please complete the report and upload it along with your receipts by January 31, 2021.

Hi Puck,

I want to remind you that your club’s final report for P3319: COVID Community Relief is due by Monday, May 24. If your club has completed its project, I am asking that you file the final report as quickly as possible. If you have not been able to complete your project due to COVID, please let me know. You may be able to repurpose the grant. The deadline for notification is this upcoming Monday, April 12. Unused funds will not carry over into FY22.
