These are the days of green revolution and controlling carbon emissions. This project aims at use of abundant energy available from the solar system to reduce use of generated power to save money, effort in terms of resources and at the same time use methodology to harness solar power for electricity. Usage of such renewable sources saves cost and resources. This project aims to set up solar cells to capture natural power and save on electricity bills by using natural resources. School requires power to use the labs, smart boards and internet for growing childn. Rotary club of Delhi South East aims to set up this project at a school, that trains future generations on use of natural resources for day to day life. Club aims to complete the project within 12 months of approval. Members have decided to contribute to such a noble and life changing project.

Amount Requested from The Rotary Foundation (waived)
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
