The present Project aims to solve a need to adapt the educative supply in the area of training students for employment. THa labor force demands a need of specialties and occupation'swick require skilled hand.

The technical institute Eulogio Galeano Trejo is located in downtown, at the east of Santa Barbara,Honduras, Central American.

The student population is 1,436 attended in two sessions per day. Seven areas of technical studies are offered in the High School. It takes three years of basic education to get a high school degree. Such institute was founded in 1,996. It attends 85% of the marginal suburb, eight surrounding villages and seven towns located to 30 - 60 minutes away from the institute. More tham 40%. Of the students are women and 60% are boys. Many depend on themselves and work all day long.

Rotarians should be integrated in helping to provide equipment tohave these yuong people learning with better tools. The total amount for the project is $ 100, 000.00

The local club will be the monitor of the process and guarantee the right use of the resources.
