Community Secondary School, Ulakwo is a senior secondary school located in Ulakwo community in Etche, Rivers State. It is a mixed school and has a total student population of 600. There are academic and non academic staffs also in the school and they are 26. There is a school principal who runs the school. Ever since the school was established, there exists just one classroom block building which has only 5 classrooms. There is no toilet whatsoever and students are made to use dug up pits or hide in the bushes when "nature calls".
This project aims to provide 2 - 12 room toilets, one for male and one for female (staff will have 2 toilets in each of the buildings).
Specific Objective;
To provide a 25000 litre tanks, solar powered borehole and 2 - 12 room toilets

PROJECT DURATION
The entire project is meant to be completed and handed over to the school authority and community within a period of four (4) months.
PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY
The project upon completion will be handed over to the school principal, (school) and PTA (parents of students) and community leaders who will be responsible for maintenance. The Rotary club of PH GRA will conduct periodic visits to the school.
