EQUIPMENT OF 30 OXYGEN CONDENSERS WITH OXIMETERS

2 THERMAL AND OPTICAL NETWORK BULLET CAMERA

MORE THAN 90% OF THE INFECTED BY COVID 19 WILL NOT NEED HOSPITAL INSULATION BUT YES OXYGEN SUPPORT LOW FLOW WITH THE OXYGEN CONDENSERS WE WILL AVOID THE COLLAPSE OF OUR REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM AND CONTACT.

BEING AWARE THAT THE FLOW OF PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL CONTINUES TO BE CONSTANT, BECAUSE WE DO NOT OVERCOME THE HOSPITAL'S CARE AND INFRASTRUCTURE CAPACITY.

AFTER THE EMERGENCY THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE USE FOR PATIENTS WITH:

CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE LUNG DISEASE,

HEART FAILURE,

LUNG ONCODIAGNOSTICS,

SEQUELS OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS,

REHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH BRAIN VASCULAR EVENTS

1.- Patient with clinical suspicion detected in a health center, clinic or self-detection due to symptoms reported to the health jurisdiction.

2.- Health jurisdiction gives the corresponding protocol in the event that COVID is positive and would determine whether or not the patient requires hospital care as well as whether or not it requires domiciliary respiratory support.

3.- The health jurisdiction will notify the case to the General Hospital and to the Rotary Club liaison where They will provide the family member recognized as responsible for the patient with a contract for the oxygen concentrator as well as a portable pulse oximeter that will determine when the equipment must be returned. In said loan agreement, it will be stipulated that if it is lost, broken or decomposed in the possession of the responsible family member.

4.- The equipment must be returned when the patient has stable vitals to 94 % for more than 24 hours in a row or after 15 days of use.

EASY TO USE.

DO NOT REQUIRE DIGITAL CALIBRATION.

NOT REQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF ANOTHER LANGUAGE.

NOT REQUIRE KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRONICS.

DO NOT REQUIRE COMPUTATIONAL KNOWLEDGE

THERE SHOULD BE A COMMITTEE INTEGRATED BY THE COMMUNITY, THE LOCAL ROTARY CLUB AND THE GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE ABLE TO GIVE TRANSPARENCY TO THE PROJECT TO CAN GET THE PUBLIC DATA TO CAN BE THE ANALISIS OF THE SUCESS OF THE PROJECT
