The Santa Rita de Cassia Hospital is a reference in oncology at Espirto Santo. An average of 2,300 patients are seen daily. The Hospital offers consultations, radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatments, in other than surgery, inertia, and psychological support. Cancer patients have very low immunity and are easily infected by viruses and bacteria, as is the present case of COVID-19. Maintaining 30 ICU beds, it is indispensable that they be equipped with at least three pulmonary ventilators. Present the Rotaria Foundation allows the financing of this equipment by global subsidiaries, requiring international partner, but eliminating the requirement of 30% of the value of the project. We're in the fundraising phase.

Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
