CERPROS has been providing training to population with needs (disability and low income) in different occupational areas, lacking the food area.

In view of this need it was found that the most required ,productive and profitable occupation is Bakery and pastry.

With this occupational service, 60 students will be trainned daily in two shifts.

To achieve the objective of the implementation of a bakery and pastry shop, in the CETPROS Our Lady of the Angels we will proceed as following:

Of the implementation: Adaptation and improvement of existing space, painted, electrical installations.

Of the acquisition: Equipment: An electric oven with 10 trays, A fermenter, a planetary mixer, a mixer, a freezer, an industrial kitchen, a steel table, display cabinets, scales and all the complementary equipment of the bakery. Utensils typical of bakery production.

Training: A teacher from the institution will be trained in the production of the corresponding area.

The support of the project in the long term will be self-sustainable, first with the symbolic payment of the tuition and training of the students and with the sale of the products made in the bakery and pastry production facilities.
