Project Description Region: North America Country: México Location: Ensenada Total Budget: $55,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Problem statement: Many public schools in the city don't have a computer lab or library in which the students can learn more and explore information in the internet. Project goal: Improve the understanding of math, science and English of student's in primary school's Scope: Provide the teachers with better equipment in which they can complement the education and give a digital education to the student's of 10 elementary schools of low income families. By installing in each school 20 computers with software to study math, science and learn English and other languages; with this project we can close the bridge of digital inequality. Also we will install an alarm system and fence to protect the equipment from vandalism. Benefit:330 student's in each school that's approximately 3,300 student's.
