Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Komarapalayam Total Budget: $85,714 Area of Focus: Community economic development 1.Milch cows for underserved women living below poverty line Quantity 150 nos. 2.Income from selling milk will economically improve their living standard. 3.Timeline 31st December 2019. This project helps to provide many divorced, destitute and single women with a better livelihood and respect in society. This project helps to uplift the economy and standard of living of such women. In our district 2982 we are planning to select 150 women and give 150 cows to them in the regions of Komarapalayam, sankari and Tiruchengode thro this project. We will select these women through our Village administrative officer and our Rotarians. Veterinary doctors in and around these areas are supporting us.
