The National scientific and practical center for Neurotrauma and Neurorehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is planned to be established in the framework of implementation of measures aimed at the rehabilitation of persons injured during the Revolution of Dignity and Counter-Terrorism Operation in Lugansk and Donetsk Regions at state institution "Romodanov Neurosurgery Institute" in a separate partially constructed building.
