The Focometer is a hand-help auto-refractor designed for use to measure refractive errors in children's and adults' eyes. It requires no electricity, and has validity and reliability. Based on research, the use of the Focometer is deemed as effective as professional equipment when operated by properly trained lay-persons. The Glendora Rotary Club works with the Rotary Club of La Mision in Mexico to fit people in need with glasses. Looking for partners.
