Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Kolhapur Total Budget: $75,000 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment There is a public charitable trust named Rotary Sanaj Seva Kendra (RSSK) (Rotary Community Service Center) in the city of Kolhapur. It is registered in April,1969 to provide paramedical services to community, especially the amenities which were not available in Kolhapur. 5000 plus patients in this region need hydrotherapy treatment every year. The trust wants to add hydrotherapy (Aquatic therapy) treatment section to cater constant requirement of hydeotherapy treatment. The objective of this project is to start Hydrotherapy treatment for patients, who have Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular / Respiratory disorders. There is no such treatment center currently available in any Government or private hospital in Kolhapur city and near by area of 50 kms . Needy patients with weak economical background will be the beneficiaries. Total Project cost is 75,000 USD and from club we are contributing 30,000 USD. We need partner with 20,000 USD.
