Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Maternal and child health
This project shall address the laboratory needs of the City of Malolos with a population of 250,000. As of the moment most people cannot avail of the different laboratory exams such as CBC, urinalysis, fecalysis, FBS, lipid profile, uric acid, creatinine etc. due to poverty. Likewise, institutions providing free services cannot cater the whole population because of lack of resources. The program shall commence 6 months after project approval and fund release. The project funds shall provide the necessary equipment and reagents needed for a functional laboratory and the club members shall coordinate with the local government unit's health department for the laboratory site and manpower thus providing sustainability for the program.

Project Status
Dropped
This project has been "Dropped". Check the history log entries to see why it was dropped.
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
