The project seeks improvements in the technological park of the Pathology laboratory through the acquisition of equipment (Histotechnical, Semi-automatic Microtome, Automatic Slitter Cutter), whose purpose is to streamline and offer higher quality in anatomo-pathological exams, seeking higher quality for the laboratory of pathology (prevention and treatment of diseases). Inhabitants of more than 15 cities that use the public health network in the municipality of Catanduva-SP will be beneficiaries, as will all those who carry out health exams through the same network (SUS).

Mission: To promote health care in a humanized way, with an emphasis on medium complexity, developing teaching and research with sustainability.

Project Purpose and Improvements:

Our technological park in the pathology laboratory is obsolete. With the acquisition of the following equipments, we will improve the quality of the oncology pathology exams, reducing the delivery time of the results and reducing the cases of re-collection, with higher quality, speeding the treatment of the oncological patient (prevention and treatment of diseases).

Equipments:

1 - Histotechnical (fabric processor) Brand Leica - 02 units - R $ 40,000.00 (reais) a Unit = total R $ 80,000.00 (reais).

2 - Microtome semiautomatic Thermoscintific micron 355S - 02 units - R $ 35,000.00 (Reals) a Unit = Total: R $ 70,000.00 (reais)

3 - Automatic Blade Cutter - 01 unit - R $ 50,000.00 (reais) a Unit = total: R $ 50,000.00

TOTAL PROJECT: R $ 200,000.00 REALLY OR R $ 50,000.00 DOLLARS

Rationale: The aforementioned devices aim to speed up and offer higher quality in anatomic-pathological exams, seeking higher quality for the pathology laboratory.
