Dear Rotary Friends,
Rotary Club of Bharuch Narmada Nagari of Rotary District 3060 has been working religiously towards the betterment of its community since past 10 years. We have been successfully implemented and hand over Permanent Projects - Kidney Dialysis Center (Global Grant Project) with around 598 beneficiaries in Rotary year 2017-18.
We have been Facilitating Eye Donation programs by collecting 842 eye balls so far and Regular Eye Camps with Corrective surgeries benefiting more than seven thousands free cataract surgeries. Some other innovative projects addressing the community's need are Teacher's Training program, empowering women by conducting Vocational-Tailoring courses and introducing Pink Auto rickshaw for females and by females.
We have surveyed and identified that there is an increasing need for Smart Boards in government and semi-government schools around vicinity of Bharuch, India. For the same reason we have undertaken a project of donating Smart Boards to these schools and to organise the teachers' training programme to upgrade knowledge of beneficiary school teachers to successfully operate this project.
These Smart Boards and teachers' training programmes will help strengthen the educational experience of infinite students. The project will be implemented in multiple school class rooms. The project has long sustainability. This will help schools to provide a more interactive and effective learning facility for students and enhance teaching experience of teachers.

This project will require a decent amount of funding and will apply to sanction for Global Grant to Rotary Foundation. Our club will donate minimum 10,000 USD. We may get 10,000 USD DDF from my District.
